There's been of talk about "virtual Tours" While 360 technology has it's place, we use panaviews (our versions of 360s) to supplement out still photo tours. Why? Stills load faster and work on older browsers, they print (handy if a buyer wants to show a house to a coworker) and agents have the added befit of using the photos in home profile sheets and advertising. |

When our photographer shows up to take pictures of a home, they work with the current seller to get the best pictures possible. Most real estate web sites make the Realtor take and submit the photos for the web site. While most agents are fantastic at selling homes, they (and don't take this too harshly) don't make the best photographers.
