I try EXCLUSIVELY to represent buyers OR sellers in transactions, and unlike my 6,000 peers in the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS®, I avoid dual or limited agency transactions where I represent both sides of transactions with clients. Most agents prefer the "bigger check" from representing all parties in a transaction. I would prefer to fight for only one side's rights - either negotiate the best price and terms (buyer's agent) or the highest sales price (seller's agent).

CRS, ABR, SRES, LTG, DREI: I have three degrees in four majors: behavioral Science, English, Business communications with a Ph.D in Philosophy of Religion.

I have a lot of alphabet letters after my name because: a) I've been in this business a long time and take all the education I can get that the industry offers and, b) I graduated from these education programs and earned 'designations' to help my clientelle better. I have been NATIONALLY recognized as an instructor in real estate marketing and in Megan's Law.  I've taught REALTORS how to be better REALTORS.

I specialize in first and LAST time (senior) buyers and sellers and consider myself a highly specialized agent that sets me apart from the crowd.

With the experience I've gleaned from thousands of transactions over the past three decades, I am a force in the real estate niche that I have created in Utah.  A force is what YOU want when you're considering one of the most important financial decisions of your life.

I served as a Salt Lake City Planning and Zoning Commissioner from 2003-2011.

I also hosted a women in music program on KRCL public radio once a week for 27 years. 

I serve on the Advisory Board of UCASA and won the National 2005 Award for Outstanding Advocacy and Community Work in Ending Sexual Violence and has produced the Vagina Monologues along the Wasatch Front for almost two decades.
