Darlene is the Owner/ Broker of Distinctive Properties. A Realtor since 1972 with Lifetime member status, Million Dollar Club. Darlene is a member of the Draper Chamber of Commerce, Women's Council of Realtors, Utah Association of Realtors, Salt Lake Board of Realtors and Past President of the Utah CRS Chapter. Darlene's Professional Designations include: CRS, GRI and SRES. Her husband Tom, is General Contractor of Dipo Construction Co. which has allowed Darlene to specialize in New Construction and Custom Building.
